That's the possibility that we're exploring. I think that's the best way to play Australia. We've got three main spinners and part-time spinners, so we have to make a decision.

The real strength of Australia is their pace attack. They've got four quality pace bowlers. They'll come at us very hard, right from ball one,

We did pretty well to restrict them to 277 and the start we got was good enough to keep on batting, but when you lose four wickets in the same amount of overs and you are less than 100 for four wickets down, it makes it a bit difficult. We can say that we missed Lasith a bit, but the guys were pretty up to it.

On this track 277 was very gettable and you saw how close we came at the end. If we had done a little more hard work with the top order batsman, I think we would have made it and crossed the line. The real negative for us from this game is we lost a bunch of wickets in a very short space of time.

He had just pulled up a bit stiff before the first game. We are just making sure that he is 100 per cent before we start playing him because we have a long World Cup campaign. I am sure he is pretty fit for selection for this one and, hopefully, if the physio clears him, we can have him on the park tomorrow.

I think Pakistan is a great side. They've got great balance, they've got match-winning cricketers, not just one but quite a lot of them, so any opposition is wary of them and we are not going to take anything lightly or for granted.

We probably lost a bit of momentum in the first six. That was vital to kick on. The backwards step we took in the first six stuck with us through the innings. We need to pick up our standards in the field, but the basics are looking okay. We need to convert good starts into good totals.

It is unfortunate that Brett Lee has to leave the tournament due to a fractured thumb. I hope not as we know he is a world-class performer and we would like him to be back fit soon.
