Harper is seven months now. I can’t even look at her without welling up. After having three boys, you just assume that you’re going to have another boy, but when we got told she was a little girl, it was amazing. We might have one more or two more, you never know. We’re not thinking about it yet, but if it happens, great. We’re enjoying the kids as it is. It’s always a thought.

I can't walk around the house naked any more now that we have a daughter. I'm still OK in underwear, but not naked. With the boys it wasn't a problem as they're naked all of the time. But now with a daughter, the naked days are over.

It's different having a little girl. She's elegant. She sleeps in an elegant position. She's the cutest thing. I can't wait to get home to see her.

We'd like to have one more, If we're lucky, we hope to have one more. We've always said we'd have a big family and five was the number. Victoria's doing amazingly well, we'll see.

I had many years, many successful years playing under Sir Alex Ferguson. I wouldn't be in the position I am today if it wasn't for him, because he gave me a chance when I was 16, 17 years old and he had the faith to give youngsters a chance. I owe him a lot. He was a father figure to me for many years.

We have been so lucky with her, and it was hard leaving them all the other day. It's always hard leaving my family. Having a 2-week-old daughter and leaving her, and leaving the boys and wife Victoria, it was difficult. I can't wait to get back and to hold her and kiss her.

A lot of people have assumed that it’s just because it was my shirt number that I wore for many years, and part of it is. Part of it is because I had so much luck around wearing that number, wearing it for England, wearing it for Manchester United — it was such an influential number throughout my career, and a lucky number, but that wasn’t the main reason. The other reasons behind ‘Seven’ were because it symbolizes spiritual perfection, Seven Wonders of the World, seven colors of the rainbow and in many cultures around the world, it’s regarded as a lucky number, We love the name. We love Harper Seven.

Madrid are building a powerful side with important players and they can win all competitions. They are a team that strikes fear and I have no doubts they are able to win everything. They have one of the best coaches in the world - Mourinho is a genius - and he has proved this with all the teams he has coached.

Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn’t looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!
